How does my baseball team look?
Honestly I think this isn't going anywhere but that's just my opinion
C - Ryan Doumit, Pittsburgh
1B - Prince Fielder, Milwaukee
2B - Placido Polanco, Philadelphia
3B - David Wright, NY Mets
SS - Alexei Ramirez, Chicago WS
OF - Grady Sizemore, Cleveland
OF - Shin-Soo Choo, Cleveland
OF - Carlos Lee, Houston
Util - Joey Votto, Cincinnati (1B)
Util - Mark Reynolds, Arizona (1B, 3B)
BN - Nolan Reimold, Baltimore (OF)
BN - Marco Scutaro, Boston (SS)
BN - Colby Rasmus, St. Louis (OF)
BN - Skip Schumaker, St. Louis (2B, OF)
SP - Ubaldo Jiminez, Colorado
SP - Scott Baker, Minnesota
RP - Andrew Bailey, Oakland
RP - Neftali Feliz, Texas
P - John Danks, Chicago WS
P - James Shields, Tampa Bay
P - Ben Sheets, Oakland
P - Aaron Harang, Cincinnati
BN - Michael Wuertz
C- solid. You will get the same out of almost every catcher after the top 3 are off the board but Doumit has upside to be a higher end catcher
1B - an elite first basemen with great pop. You can't ask for more.
2B- slightly overrated because hes on the Phillies but that doesnt mean he can't score 75+ runs with 70 RBIs in that lineup and ball park. Watch for Sean Rodriguez on Tampa. He could prove to be a better second basemen if he gets the starting job.
3B- Going to have a great bounce back year. Disregard the haters.
SS- post hype sleeper that I like a lot. Should have a decent year. top 5 SS potential
OF- Sizemore is sick. You just have to worry about his injury risk. Assuming he stays healthy you should be safe.
OF- Choo happens to be one of the most underrated players in the game. He will get you at least 20-20 with a high average. Great choice.
OF- Lee has pop and a good average and consistency throughout his career. Should be a lock for 25 HRs and a .290 BA.
UTIL- Votto=Stud and going to increase his numbers from previous years. He has not reached his ceiling yet.
UTIL- Reynolds is risky and may be overrated. Watch out for his strikeouts but he is so appealing after all of those HR's and SB's.
BN- Reimold and Rasmus = good sleepers
SP- Jiminez is great but more of a #2 guy on a fantasy team
SP- Baker is questionable. In a new stadium thats a hitters ballpark and hes a fly ball pitcher. That scares me. Hopefully the cold weather will be on his side.
RP- Bailey is lights out just hope you didn't pay too much for him
RP- Feliz has enormous upside but won't be the closer out of Spring Training. Hold on to him still.
P- Danks is pretty Dank and is a lock for a decent ERA
P- Shields was an excellent pick and should have a career year
P- Sheets was an excellent sleeper. Pray he stays healthy though.
P- Harang is coming off injury plagued seasons but can return to 2007 form.
Your team is offense heavy. Your Pitching can use some work especially in the reliever department. If your in a 10+ team league you should dominate offense. Try to improve your pitching a bit. Wade Davis is a nice pitching sleeper.
