In regards to the Black sucker Fish ?
My son won 3 tiny goldfish at a birthday party yesterday, I increased the bowl size some, in feng shui you should have odd # of fish, so when I bought the sucker, I aslo bought another goldfish to make it 5. The new gold died, the bowl is too small to let the new bag float on top. I realized to, that for goldfish I had to much water in the bowl, so I poured some out, because all of the fish were trying to get air at the top
ahem, your goldfish are trying to get air on top, because there is a huge lack of oxygen in your tank
for 4 goldfish you need at the bare minimum a 50 gallon tank to keep them healthy
also read up on cycling a tank as well

as soon as you get a chance, get out and buy a tank which is suitable for your Goldie's, or you will end up with dead fish in no time
in the meantime, do 25% water changes daily, twice a day is advisable with that many fish
