I believe they would be more accepting of the 2nd trade, if you're getting cutler, then they would want a better QB than they have in Fitzpatrick. So Flacco is a good trade-off.
The 2nd trade offer is definitely better, and very fair in my opinion, but a good solid trade for you for sure! So if you're going to do/offer the trade make it the 2nd one.
Just some advice, right after you make the trade(if you do it) You need to search the waiver wire for a good solid pick-up at WR to have on your bench, there are several good rookies or unknown players probably available, such as Randall Cobb or any of the saints receivers not named Colston.
